Do you know when to kick people out of your circle?

Sometimes people only show you the side of them they want you to see.  They pretend to love and adore you.  They offer you advice that they wouldn’t dare take themselves.  They deep down inside would rather see you destitute  and alone than rich with health, wealth, and friendship.

Be aware.  Sniff these hypocrits out so that you can decrease your circle’s radius of these wolves wearing sheep’s clothing and increase  your circle’s diameter with  people that will radiate you and not deflate you.

Home Alone

Have you ever felt like you were so alone…sort of like it feels when no one else is home.  You are in a place that only you seem to understand, you ask for clarity, but you still don’t understand.  Fate has a real ugly way of playing things out.  You have to replay those images over and over again until you eliminate all your doubts.

You trust that people will be there to hold your hand or at least give you some words of encouragement to help comfort you within, but the words they say must have missed coming your way because you still feel like you are home alone.

Although you think you hear knocks at the door, you are afraid to open it because there could be more…more pain.  You feel the pain of your loss. But for others, your loss is nothing but your loss. It is your loneliness. It is your pain.  It is your heart that is like an empty home.  Fate has a funny way of dealing those cards.  So funny, you have to laugh, but it is not funny.  So, you cry until you hear the front door open…then you are no longer home alone and your loss is now his loss too.

Ways to Love

You know. I have realized that life is to short to let a day go by without letting the people in your life know how much you love them.  In these recents months, I have loss several of my sorors and now my uncle Rob.

I have dealt with very painful losses, my big daddy, my granny, my aunt Jeanette, and now, her husband, my uncle Rob.

So, my topic today is how to love.

Love hard! Make sure you don’t let the sunrise or sunset without telling the people you care about that you love them!

Love real! God is love. He said love they neighbor. Do not let people steal your joy and keep you from loving your brother.

Love in spite of! People may have wronged you…love them. Family may do things you don’t approve of…love them. People may plot on you…love them. People may throw stones…love them.

Love God First! For if you love God first, then it will be so much easier to love yourself and others.
